Return / Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

Only unused and unworn products within 15 days upon delivery of the product to your doorstep will be accepted for returns. Returns are paid by you when you ship it back to us unless an error was made by HPST. Any returned products that does not meet the standards will be sent back.

What is your  return process?

To begin the return process, please e-mail us at info@hpst.app with your name and order number. You will then receive step-by-step return instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is your exchange policy?

We are unable to process exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size, color or another product, please initiate a return. In the meantime, you can go ahead and order the correct product you needed or wait until your refund has been sent back before placing another order. Please note that we can't put products on hold so we can't assure stock levels.

Defected or damaged items.

If there is an issue with your order such as receiving defected or damaged product, please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@hpst.app and we will fix the issue.
