Return / Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we accept returns on unused and unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the error was on our end. Please note, items that don’t meet these standards can’t be accepted.

What is your  return process?

To start a return, just email us at info@hpst.app with your name and order number. We’ll guide you through the step-by-step process. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is your exchange policy?

At this time, we’re unable to process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for your original item. You’re welcome to place a new order right away, or wait until your refund has been processed before purchasing again. Please note, we’re unable to hold items, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Defected or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@hpst.app with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
